After selling my wares at the Butcher in Saint Denis I went out to the Harbor to see if I could board a moving boat out on the water and see where it would take me, I climbed aboard a boat I saw earlier and to my surprise i was able to drive it! I turned towards Mexico to see how far i could get. I got close until the controls to move it suddenly stopped, I exited the steering mechanism and then the boat started sinking… if you operate this boat you should be able to use it just don’t get too close to Mexico, the same thing happened to me when we tried to take a canoe
